Accordia’s pursuit of business excellence and continuous improvement is dependent upon the commitments of our global personnel resources to provide only quality services to all stakeholders.  Our stakeholders are our customers, both internal and external, NGOs, accreditations societies as well as workers and anyone else whose livelihoods and personal lives are affected by employment decisions and labor and human rights practices within global supply chains.

Accordia will develop and continually improve systems, processes, and personnel through the use of management system tools, and based on the requirements of accreditation standards, to which we subscribe, in order to meet or exceed our stakeholders’ needs, requirements, and expectations.

We will embrace certain values by focusing on our stakeholder requirements, embracing entrepreneurial thinking, developing the skills and talents of our management and staff, and fostering integrity and responsibility in our actions.

Management will communicate this business philosophy throughout the organization and provide the necessary resources to support its implementation.
